Dual Wheel Casters
Durable's Dual Wheel casters consist of our state-of-the-art 45 Series with the DW wheels to our D1, D2, D3, and D4 heavy duty dual wheels from 3,000lb to 40,000lb per caster.
D1/R1—Dual Wheel Kingpinless Series—6,000 lb
- Constructed 5/16" thick top plate from hot forged ASTM1045 steel
- Integrated with a 3" diameter, precisely machined raceway of 1/2"
- ball bearings
- Grease fitting on raceway and axle
- 1/2" CNC machined grade 5 axle bolt and lock nuts
- Zinc-plated finish
D2/R2—Dual Wheel Kingpinless Series—7,000 lb
- ASTM1045 drop forged swivel head, 5/16" thick, 3" diameter precisely machined raceway of 1/2" diameter hardened ball bearings
- Legs are double welded 3/8" thick steel
- 3/4" CNC machined grade 8 axle with lock nuts
- Zinc-plated finish
- Grease fitting on raceway and axle
D3/R3—Dual Wheel Kingpinless Series—20,000 lb
- ASTM1045 steel, drop forged 1/2" thick swivel head, 4-1/2" diameter precisely machined raceway of 5/8" diameter hardened steel ball bearings
- Legs are formed from 3/8" thick steel, double welded
- 3/4" CNC machined grade 8 axle and lock nut
D4/R4—Dual Wheel Kingpinless Series—40,000 lb
- ASTM1045 steel, drop forged 5/8" thick swivel head, 7" diameter precisely machined raceway of 3/4" diameter hardened steel ball bearings
- Legs are formed from 1/2" thick steel, double welded
- 1-1/4" grade 8 machined axle bolt
- Zinc-plated finish
- Grease fitting on raceway and axle
